1. Return Policy

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or preference.
  • Returns are only accepted in case of:
    • Damaged item upon delivery
    • Defective product
    • Incorrect item received

2. Exchange Policy

  • You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • To initiate an exchange:
    • Contact us via WhatsApp or email with:
      • Order number
      • Clear images/videos of the issue
  • Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

3. Conditions for Return/Exchange

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging
  • Request must be made within the allowed timeframe
  • Proof of purchase is required

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged:
    • Report within 48 hours of delivery
    • Provide clear images/videos
  • After verification, we will:
    • Offer replacement OR
    • Provide a refund (if replacement unavailable)

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued if:
    • Product is damaged/defective and cannot be replaced
  • Refund process:
    • Initiated after product inspection
    • Completed within 5–10 working days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Return Shipping

  • For approved returns:
    • Customers may be required to ship the item back
    • Return shipping cost responsibility will depend on the case:
      • Our mistake (damage/defect): We cover cost
      • Other reasons: Customer bears cost
