Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Each handcrafted item undergoes a quality check before dispatch.

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery within Pakistan: 5–7 working days after dispatch.

• Rural or remote areas may take longer depending on courier service.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

• Orders above a certain value may qualify for free delivery (as per current offers).

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, public holidays, or logistics issues.
