Refund policy

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • To qualify, the item must be:

    • Unused and in its original condition.

    • Returned in the original packaging with all accessories (if any).

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper use.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email or phone.

  • Approved refunds will be issued via your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue at helloshajar@gmail.com — we’ll replace or refund promptly.
